There are a lot of other neat items on the site for purchase too, like posters, statement inserts, and banners highlighting the new logo changes.

Cole Johnson, a teller at Air Academyâ€™s branch at 4920 N Union in Colorado Springs, CO, recently earned 100% on a shared branching mystery shop. That in itself isnâ€™t unusual. What makes his score extraordinary is that Cole is an 18-year-old high school senior.
The shopper said of Cole, â€œHe was very courteous and made me feel comfortable even though I was not a member of his credit union.â€?
I talked to Cole about his experience as a credit union teller. Not surprisingly, this future physicist (he plans to study physics at an Ivy League School next year) found the job easier than he expected. I wondered how working in a credit union related to becoming a physicist, but Cole assured me, â€œI love it. Itâ€™s the best first job I could ask for.â€?

Cole said his member service skills come mostly from his parents. â€œMy parents raised me with manners,â€? he explained. â€œSo you have respect for people.â€? He went on to say, â€œMy generation has a stigma, that weâ€™re disrespectful and donâ€™t dress well. This is a chance to change that.â€?
Coleâ€™s supervisor, Branch Manager Jackie Livingston, said that Cole has been with the credit union since June as part of the credit unionâ€™s high school internship program. Each of their 8 branches has one high school teller. Juniors and seniors are eligible for the program. Interested students complete an application and go through an interview process. Thereâ€™s a month of training over the summer, then two weeks of full-time employment before school starts. After that, the students work after school and Saturdays. â€œThey do everything everyone else does,â€? Jackie explained. â€œThey are just part of the team.â€?
What advice would Cole give to other teenagers considering a job at a credit union? â€œGo for it. Itâ€™s better than fast food. Itâ€™s a great experience to get to work with all kinds of people - nice people. And you donâ€™t have to stand in a stinky kitchen.â€?]]>

Debbie Cook, our business development manager for Nebraska, reports straight from the source: Family Focus FCU, located in Omaha, NE recently installed CO-OP NextGen ATM, which performs state-of-the-art shared branching transactions from an ATM Terminal â€“ and they absolutely love it.
Think of the NextGen ATM as a shared branch within an ATM. Members of other credit unions on the shared branching network can actually find their credit union via a database within the NextGen ATM, and then perform a transaction just as if they where at their own credit union. Members can even access their accounts at multiple credit unions at the SAME time, which is pretty mind blowing.
Elevations CU, located in Boulder, CO will be installing over two dozen NextGen ATMs around the Boulder area as well!

www.cusn.com. Our old site was looking a littleâ€¦old, so not only did we spruce up the look, we also added quite a few functionalities to make our visitorsâ€™ time more efficient!
Not to fear, everything you used to come to our site for is still there, like stats, contacts, and rules.
So what are some of the changes?
1. You can now download whitepapers and resources from our resource library. No more Googling and wasting time searching the web!
2. Not only can you download a pdf file from our marketing page, you can now download the raw version of the file in .psd, .eps or indd. This is helpful if you need logos for signs and such.
3. Visit our calendars tab to register for an event right then and there! You can even add the event to your outlook from our site!
4. Quick question form sends an email to us right away if you are in a pinch
5. We combined cuservicenetwork.com and cusn.com together to make things simpler. However, members can still visit our site and be redirected to the shared branch locator. We even included a FAQ for confused members who donâ€™t know who CUSN is!
