We'd like to share with you the results of our 2017 Client Satisfaction Survey, our biggest one yet. A big Thank You to those who participated - 109 participants in total! Read on to see how you ranked us in satisfaction, quality, communication and more.
Last month, we were honored to be featured as guest writers in NACUSO's Quarterly Review. They asked us to write about the history of moving money, and the more we researched, the more wacky stuff we found! We may not have flying cars, but we have come a long way in the past few decades with how we use money.

In 2016, we took results from our R&D survey and created the CU Works Back Office Service Suite. Now, two years later, we are looking forward again, and need you to tell us what is critical to your credit union. With the help of Kirk Kordeleski again, and Best Innovation Group out of Tampa, we will be conducting an R&D Survey 2.0.
