On Wednesday, May 16th, we hosted our Back to School Symposium and 2018 Annual Meeting at University of Denver. This was our second year of hosting a symposium along with our annual meeting, and it was a great success! Over 30 credit unions were represented, and some credit unions attended who had never been to one of our events before.

From March 19th through May 3rd, DSG Mystery Shoppers visited 61 of our credit unions’ branches, and what they found there was friendly, efficient and professional service. Fifty-one branches earned a perfect 100% (the average score was 96.79%). Even more impressive were the Experience scores. 90% said they felt very welcome.
On May 16th, the election for our newest board member was held at our 2018 Annual Meeting. We had many exceptional candidates run for our board, and we are thrilled with the results of the election.
We are excited to introduce you to our newest employee, Sales Support Specialist Jenny Thomas. As we continue to grow nationally and expand into new territories, we were in need of someone organized, detailed and knowledgeable of credit unions to keep our team in check.
We can all agree that fraud is awful, horrible, terrible, no good, & very bad. Why not attend our Summer seminar and learn tips on catching fraud before it does damage, all while eating delicious Mexican food? CU Service Network CFO and CU Works Accounting head Branda Gilmore will be presenting at our Summer Education Seminar, "Spotting Fraud in Your Accounting Processes."
