Have You Taken Our Annual Client Survey Yet?

Hi everyone - Doug Burke here, President/CEO of CU Service Network to remind many of you to take our annual client satisfaction survey, if you haven't yet. The client satisfaction survey is one of the most, if not the most important item we receive all year.

Your feedback tells us how we are doing, if we are on track, and helps us to better understand how we can serve you as a CUSO. Without your imput, we have no way of knowing if we are meeting your credit union needs. We appreciate the remarkable feedback we have already received from those who have participated, but the more feedback we get, the better reflection of our clients we can see.

The survey takes roughly 3-5 minutes, and you can be entered into a drawing to win one of five Starbucks gift cards, or remain anonymous if you like. We have a few different surveys out there, so please check your email to see which one you recieved and click the link. We will share our results after the first of the year.
